At 31, in a heartbeat.

This being the key. If I have 3 months of free time I'm just not going to spend it over there cold and uncomfortable. I'm going to Vegas. I'm going to lake Tahoe. I'm going to ski in Aspen. I'm going to cabo and cancun.

I'm not freezing my nuts off in tibet.

I would for sure do the base camp thing. No qualms about it. Nothing past that though. Not unless i just really wanted to die.

Nope. I have severe neuropathy in my feet and have no feeling. I’d get frostbite and not know it.

I would like to trek to K2 base camp but I’m not sure my feet could handle that trip.

I definitely believe this.

That said, if I had a "non-expiriring, fully outfitted, sherpa'd Everest voucher" I would totally take the next few years of my life off to train.

Nope . My opposition to it is based on my hatred of Tourism Climbing as an expression of ego. More power to the real climbers, but this moneyed adventure class annoys me . I also hate this infantile notion that it being the highest peak somehow makes it personally meaningful and “ lesser “ peaks less so . A lot of sad, empty people attempt that climb and come down sad, empty people . Again, not talking about the real pros , I’m talking about Adventure Tourists.
