Girlfriend considering a boob job, asked me for advice (potentially NSFW)

So my girlfriend (NO PICS, she’d kill me if I posted her body here) has always had a pretty nice body, but I think she’s self conscious about her boobs. Her best friend’s are huge, like Ds probably, and I think she’s jealous because the friend always pulls in the guys and gets attention. My girlfriend is kind of small in size, she’s only like 5’4” so her tits aren’t that big. They are still decent though, I’d say like big Bs. She has a good in shape body as well.

So last night she tells me she’s thinking about getting a breast augmentation to get big tits and she asked me how I felt about it. I told her I don’t know, I’d think about it. Honestly I think she’s fine how she is now and doesn’t need it. I also don’t know if she should be putting so much plastic in her body, plus what if it gets botched or it causes her back problems later? However, I think the augmentation could be interesting to try out. Plastic surgeons and ladies, care to weigh in on the pros and cons?
