I think there are more remote jobs than pre Covid but I'm not sure how many more. Certainly a lot more hybrid workers. We can't compete for employees without offering some level of remote work when possible.

What? It’s the exact opposite in all of tech and mobile gaming that I track. At best it’s hybrid with a few days at home but mandatory days in office and in a mandatory city (LA, SF, Austin, etc.)
I’ve seen so many colleagues forced to move or resign that were hired remote during covid
