NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Former bodyguard Jeffrey Vappie is among four current and former New Orleans police officers accused of improperly accessing and disclosing the personal information of a citizen Mayor LaToya Cantrell accused of stalking her in May.
Cantrell filed a civil court petition May 10 seeking a restraining order against French Quarter resident Anne Breaud. The petition accused Breaud of harrassment, jeopardizing her safety and of directly providing photographs of Cantrell and Vappie dining together to Fox 8, which was untrue.

I hope Anne Breaud OWNS them when this is done.

They all have access to the cameras, automated license plate readers, etc. Real stalker tools.
Remember this next time you dismiss the surveillance state that is being built and claim you have nothing to hide.

I would make love to her panties.

Teedy’s box probably smells like seafood in a dumpster after a major power outage spoiled it all

Offer her the right amount of cash, she will probably let you.

Another reason he retired?

I think it was a strategy to protect his pension from getting fired for case. It's just a matter of time before they're both under criminal indictment. As strange as it sounds, I believe Vappie is likely to be the first charged. It seems like payroll fraud would be a slam dunk.

I am no legal expert, but if Vappie puts a ring on it. Doesn’t that give Teedy some cover to where she doesn’t have to testify against him. And depending on the jury, there could be enough doubt to where it’s a hung jury.

Accessing the personal info is a crime not just a police dept violation. She’s got one hell of a 1983 civil rights case coming.

Neither am I, but if there is, wouldn't it just apply to crimes committed during the time they were actually married? Not an attorney or have any particular legal training, but I did watch The Sopranos about 20 years ago.
