Cantrell was separated, but I don't think she was divorced when he died.
Vappie was definitely married and his wife filed for divorce after the Lee Zurich report on the Pontalba Apt came out. She only listed the second party as "L.C." in the legal filing.
Both Latoya and Vappie have denied having an affair. But at least in Vappie's case, can you blame him? Even if Latoya is a Super Freak with a platinum pussy and/or he's a complete sexual degenerate, I think I'd try and keep that shite quiet.
