I've been tired of them. I really do not see the need or purpose for all these high powered lawyers to have a billboard every quarter mile along the interstate. Everyone knows who they are and what they do so why all the billboards.......and TV/radio ads.

No, it's just different enough to fall under "fair use" and if not he can always shield it behind "parody".
