Before all these refugees got there. Because of the practices of hitter of weeding out “undesirables” Germany for years after the war had very few mentally and physically retarded people being born.

At least they don't have to change the language. There's already three genders for singular nouns (der, die, and das).

Das because somethings don't have gender...like coffee cups and electric plugs. Although the language may have evolved to der oder die for some.
