Definitely seems to be a rising trend of hot/cute women choosing surgeries that make them exceptionally less attractive. I don't get it.
ETA: Most recent example is the chick from The Boys (Erin Moriarty):
She went from cute/sexy girl next door to "what the frick did you do to your face?"
And what's weird is that the whole girl next door thing was pretty important to her character in The Boys, and now she looks like a completely different human. And not in a good way.

It's not even Botox. It's all the fillers and the cheek fat surgery to create huge cheekbones.

My brother's wife did this shite. She was pretty before they spent over $100,000 getting cosmetic work done.
Lost a ton of weight, got all the botox and fillers, tit job, and to me she looked like shite.
She cheated on him as payback for all the money spent.

Only a certain type of facial structure can pull off the angular face well, and they're trying to manufacture an extremely angular face (with the huge cheekbones and lips)

Truest case of dysmorphia I've seen in a long time. She had a shot at being the next Reese Witherspoon, but now I only see red carpet interviewer in her future.
