It was only a mater of time. Slidell has the intersection of 3 interstates and it's something of a minor population center near a big population center.
I agree its over the top they hang out under the trees at the service road and before the Racetrac was remodeled, they would hang out on the side by the trees as well and hit you up as you went in

Almost everytime there is a panhandler at an intersection there is always one sdipshit giving them money.
