Nice house, but the water has the same fecal count of your toilet bowl. The kelp reeks when in season. Not worth the two, or three, nice days that the wind is blowing just right, and the water turns blue, rather than coffee color.

Wonder if it qualifies for FHA financing and what would the monthly note be with and without taxes in escrow (being Texas those property taxes would be high)?
