Future "untouchable" Special Education student getting Social Security for his "disability" for life. He will do/say what he wants in school without fear of consequences due to his "exceptionality". This will be be his "normal" behavior until he trys to act that way with the police. My prediction...his encounter with the police (repeatedly) won't end well.

I'm not excusing the kid, but this is all on the parents are lack of parenting. Poor kid has no chance in life.
