I am a white male who was pulled over 6 years ago for having a light out on my license plate in Collin County, Texas by Texas Highway Patrol.
The trooper had me exit the vehicle and perform a field sobriety test, since he thought he smelled alcohol. After passing the test (was not drinking), I was free to go with a warning to fix my light.
Sometimes it pays not to be an arse hole.

That’s some serious External Locus Of Control/ Psychological projection/ self-fulfilling prophecy FAIL right there. That guy has handcuffed himself , mentally enslaved himself in the one life he has. If viewed with compassion rather than ridicule ( which takes patience) you have to feel profoundly sad for anybody that is that ATTACHED to the idea that external forces control his fate and that he must remain in a constate state of psychological turmoil and disharmony.
