I'm stating a factual position (no common usage of this term in this context prior to Martin case). I'm asking for any available rebuttal of what I propose to be factual.
I'm predicting that rebuttal, if any, will be unsupported.
It's a completely reasonable argument using an honest premise and inviting a response.

Everyone is piling on that TSA tweet
I assume they're right (there is a second shooter), but I won't be that surprised if there ultimately isn't one and the vagueness of the TSA tweet is blamed.

Well if Obama is "black" even though he is both white and black, why aren't they just "Hispanic" if they are both white and Hispanic?

So, the dude was a passenger that had checked his gun. He retrieved his bag at baggage claim, went into the restroom to load it and came out shooting. That is nuts.
