Also, don't fly Frontier or Spirit.

I flew Frontier one time because I didn't know any better. They kept changing my flight. Once finally on the plane, it felt like I was sitting on a piece of Tupperware.

From a pragmatic business perspective, you’re correct that it’s the employee’s responsibility to be respectful.

From just life perspective, everyone, including the customer, should be respectful.
When we are nice to people, you get better service, and the world is made just a little bit better.

In my business he would be fired as a client and they would be fired as employees. Its really not that difficult.

If he started it, they should have just ignored him and gone about their business. Arguing and then mocking a customer is stupid.

and the customer needs to understand that doesn't give them Carte Blanche to be a mega a-hole because the CSR has to take it.

my wife works for a fraud department, and the number of times a day someone calls in to report fraud on their Debit card, and she blocks it to save them 1000's in fraudulent charges, only for the person to scream into the phone that they hope her and her entire family dies, because now they have to go to the bank and replace their card - or call them any number of names, threats and so on.

there is only so much a CSR can take before they snap.

not making excuses for what the Frontier Queens did - they got what they deserved, but lets not think that the customer is not to blame for their part as well.

Good.

Even if it comes out that the customer was late and being an arse before video started that one bitch was an embarrassment to human kind before even getting to being one for Frontier.

Hopefully they also fired that white cuck of a man employee who only knows that he must back & defend blacks regardless of them being in the wrong. He has several like minded posters here on the OT.

Unless there is another video that I dont know about why is there an assumption that the female was showing proper customer service before video starts and just reacted after awhile to the guy being an arse?

I have seen plenty of people especially sistas have a bad attitude from the start of interactions with anyone, but even more start up with a bad attitude if a customer just questions something they say or points out an error employee makes like it was an affront to their sex or race or both. Once that switch has been flipped they are dug in to the notion of not helping that customer at all.
