If im not mistaken I think you’re in Vermilion parish. Unless this thing gets shot well east of Intercostal city, I’m afraid you’ll be getting multiple inches of rain.

We are. That chart you linked show roughly 3.5. They’re little so the wind may not be an issue .. water will be. We had a great summer field and really wanted a fall field as well.

I always find it interesting that tropical systems seem to know where the coast is. You see it a lot when they skirt the Carolinas. Prevailing steering currents be like they is but they do.

They rotate counterclockwise.
Perhaps the friction with the land causes it to skirt it as they move vertical?

Still a tight cluster for no official COC is crazy. You normally never get this much agreement with models 4 days out.
