The 18z GFS illustrates exactly why the NHC is slow to shift left or right. It swung back a hair west on this run.

Although I’m from Morgan City, I live in West Virginia now. Can anyone tell me if it will rain in Berkeley County on Saturday?

Yes it is but it’s west of the 12z GFS slightly. Plus on that run the heaviest rains looks to be on the west side of the storm.
