Dude shut the frick up. Schools have built in hurricane days for a reason. You think kids are actually learning things when they go virtual? It’s just busy work & a pain in the arse for parents.

Already shifted at 10 East of BR

Everyone knows the path will shift east. We've known it for about 8 hours or more.

Is this the longest thread in TD history?

Not even close. The Auburn/Cam Newton, As the Barn Burns was super long.

The new projected path pretty much runs along Essen Lane right through Baton Rouge.

HRRR valid at 11AM CDT Wednesday. Gives an idea what the radar might look like around that time.

Looks like my 0z catfish pond model I posted 20 or so pages ago was dead on with the 978 mb 90mph storm landfall over marsh island between morgan city and New Iberia

Having a few gallons in your shed to power your mower and trimmer isn't what I consider emergency spare gasoline. Maybe you do though.

Why wouldn't you consider it "emergency" gasoline? Who cares if it gets used if it means you always have it?

I'd rather have 10 gallons that I'm constantly cycling versus a couple of cans that might have been sitting there for 9 months, especially if it means I'm not scrambling to the gas station for gas with everyone else right now. Gas is gas, but old gas may be bad gas.

Steady, sometimes heavy rain in Hammond all morning. Ida fricked us up pretty good and looks like this path might get us too.

I only use about a half gallon at a time. That would make the rest “spare” right?
