4 pm CDT.

We are on DAYLIGHT TIME people. If you don’t know the difference between daylight and standard time, just don’t specify.

So one is 4:00

and the other is 4:00.

Thanks for clearing that up

Vermilion Bay thinks that's cute, and when it guts it to a Cat 1, it hopes you remember...Hurricanes don't get through Vermilion Bay unscathed.

Can someone make a gif of the scene in the new Twister(s) where "Kate" is at the New York Weather center and they call her over to override the prediction some other dude is making about the upcoming storms? They say something like "Kate, come take a look at this for us".

he only way for the storm to gain strength and stay on a "western" trend is for RI to start now...but it still hasn't even fully organized a center.

Will defer to the experts, I only stay in Holiday Inns, but I’d imagine the H and L that are gonna steer this thing are 90% of where it’s gonna go. The normal W weak E strong isn’t a major player here.

Away from us. Last I’d seen it had moved more East so I was thinking keep going on away.

Used to play a softball tourney at their festival. What a great time in the cane fields with good looking women and food.

Eh, I don’t think that’s happening yet.

None of the water vapor loops show anything really getting wrapped up in the storm so far. Pockets of little to no convection at the moment (on radar) doesn’t really mean it’s dry air. This storm was kind of a mess 12 hours ago so the lack of convection isn’t really surprising so far.
