She got ten years and will probably be out in five for walking into a man’s apartment unannounced and shooting him. I’d say the thin blue line worked for her just fine
So a black, female, judge is part of the "thin blue line?" Some of you people

Obviously not Gun Safety 101. Didn't bother to identify his target.

The sentence was handed down by the jury. Exactly you people

Same people who still claim she actually pre-planned the killing of that guy over a loud music complaint and that the wrong apartment defense was just part of the cover up.

In DFW it's not obscure
Never heard of the guy you mentioned.

I wonder which neighbor of the deceased will get murdered after his trial

How about the investigation that treated here quite different than it would have you or me?

Color had nothing to do with this. The people who keep pushing the race differences are the people directly responsible for the determination of race relations with police.
With that said, GOOD. What he did warrants being charged with murder.

I honestly did try and google to confirm it. So I can take my lump for not getting he was another local cop, much more relevant to this case.

Been long enough you just don't remember. It was national news post Trayvon, hence why it dominates the searches. Allegedly over loud music at a gas station.

A true cuckold would say something this stupid. Good job. What would you say had the woman been white? Pricks like you fan this race garbage because you’re an insecure little twit.
Lol. Don't project your bullshite onto others. I stated the obvious and you're too fragile to handle that.

His lawyers will use the Black Panic defense.

Oh, the one the doesn't show up on the first page of google or duckduckgo for "Michael Dunn shooting" search?
The first page on both those links you provided are full of Michael Dunn shooting articles

Good he needs to be treated like the rest of us if we did something stupid like that.
Said the same thing to my wife last night. Imagine instead of being a policeman, it was the lady's concerned neighbor that came over with their weapon. Neighbor would be up on murder charges. No doubt.

A different Michael Dunn though... or it's possible they are geolocating my searches, since I'm close to the Jacksonville one. He referenced a more relevant DFW area cop.

Wrong. The fact she was a white police officer and the victim was black is the only reason why she was found guilty of murder and sentenced to 10 years in prison. If this was Joe citizen the charge would have been manslaughter with a minimal sentence. So in the case, the thin blue line worked against her.

a pathetically low 200k bond for murder.
You think he's going to flee to Mexico or go on another killing rampage?
Bail isn't a punishment, it's a guarantee to show up for court or keep someone behind bars who's likely to break the law again.
By the way, do you have $20,000 in cash lying around, to pay your percentage of that bond? Better bust out that American Express card.

She was still charged with murder AND convicted.

That does not mean the thin blue line didn't attempt to prevent it (it most definitely did with the investigation and proffered testimony) and it may well have impacted the length of the sentence.

And the lead investigator literally wanted to testify he thought no crime occurred. Seems problematic, no?

According to the media, this is all about bad white cops, quote the beginning of the story:

The white Fort Worth police officer
Can anyone show a cop shooting by a black officer, where the story lead is the fact that he was black?
