Former Mayor President Sharon Weston Broome( and council)being witch-hunt, subpoenaed

Multiple sources confirmed to the WAFB I-TEAM subpoenas were issued to former Mayor Sharon Weston Broome and several Metro Council members this week as the Attorney General’s ongoing corruption probe widens and investigators try to determine who knew what and when.
Sources are telling the I-TEAM Broome, Denise Amoroso, Rowdy Gaudet and Brandon Noel all received subpoenas. Several of them who answered the phone declined to comment.
Sources familiar with the investigation who spoke to us on condition of anonymity said Broome and the council members who received subpoenas today are not targets but are considered subject matter experts who prosecutors are seeking information from.
Two months ago, Former Mayor Sharon Weston Broome’s top aide turned herself in after she was indicted by a special grand jury in February.

broome better have a good lawyer and keep her head on a swivel. i hope to god some of these idiots perjure themselves. while this is a state AG investigation (not federal), its likely they'll be asked questions that the state already knows the answers to
