Not sure this is even needed. Maybe if the security is strapping, make them go through POST.
But if it's just a mall cop or a guy sitting in a car outside a plant gate? Don't think we need a regulatory agency here.

This can't be true. I find it hard to believe that someone who is/was NOPD would do anything unlawful. We talking about a department with strong integrity.

$300K and a stripper sounds like reparations to me

He met her stripping..gave her the state office job
He hired a stripper to be his receptionist, but 6 months later promoted her. In a year an half on the job, she had 13 whistleblower EEOC complaints logged against her, which included
-that Hull shared an inappropriate picture with other employees of her ex lying in bed naked with another woman
-Hull was also accused of allegedly showing employees the spot where she had a tattoo removed near her private area
-Included claims that Hull would sit on Blache III’s knee and on the arm of his chairs or desks
So what does the Board do? promote her, put her in charge.
quote:
Hull gathered enough support from the board and eventually replaced Blache as executive secretary.
Street’s investigation revealed Hull was allegedly appointed without any documented review of her work history or proof that others were considered for the role.
“This decision was made with no review of Hull’s background or qualifications for the position. Further, the decision was made without posting or advertising the position, publishing a job description, or receiving applications or resumes from any qualified candidates,” the report says.
Everything came crashing down when Hull was arrested on drugs and weapons charges a year later.
