That website posted portions of the autopsy. Seems to indicate no sign of rape. I wonder where the rape charge came in. What made the cops immediately suspect rape.

You got to figure when he was arrested there was a 50/50 shot the cop just kills him.
I’d acquit the cop on temporary insanity grounds. Hearing what he did and then arresting the guy, snapping would be justifiable.

I just wonder if the cops had any reason to suspect rape in the first place. what made the cops even bring up rape in a case like this. Or if the guy just came out with the rape confession out of nowhere.
Why wouldn’t the autopsy show signs of rape? In a tiny baby wouldn’t it be obvious?
