I'm 36 and last year(35) I noticed things starting to go down hill. Best medicine is to be as active as possible. Keep moving.

50's and I used too much Advil and now cannot take any anti-inflammatory drugs because it caused some kidney issues. I use lots of Capzasin, which allows me to get through a round of golf. It works but is just a masking agent but cheaper than cortisone shots which eventually do nothing.

I’m 70 and am fortunate to have only minor, inconsistent issues with my joints. Weightlifting has helped my joints and connective tissues.

First your metabolism changes around 28 yo and those nightly Ben & Jerry’s show up on your waist.

At 32 gray hairs show up. You have to now work out daily or you become a blimp.

At 45 you’re with a receding hairline. Your joints start to ache. That knee injury pain from high school comes back. You’re now now using propecia and Ben Gay.

At 50 you get on finesteride which slows your libido so you’re reading the OT Viagra thread. And you notice gray hair in your pubes. You start a bucket list and buy a car you shouldn’t.

At 55 you have less hair on your hair but hair sprouting out your ears. Your metabolism slows down even more and have blood work for cholesterol, check your hypertension, get a colonoscopy and you’ll have polyps which will be removed and you have to now be aware of cancer and change your diet. When you bend to give your dog a bath, you have to lay on your back for 5 minutes so you can get up.

At 60 you DGAF and drink and eat edibles and finally enjoy life and start checking off your bucket list. But you’ll hurt like hell.

Then you die.

And after 25 years no one will remember you and it’ll be like you never existed.

Sprained ankles in my teens.
Pelvic bone arthritis in my late 20s
Back in my early 30s at work.
Dislocated hip late 30s.
But Lipitor made me crawl in my 50s.
I have tried every pill, rub and patch.
Just wake up and deal with it.

40s and I take glucosamine chondroitin. Doesn't work for everyone and you have to take it daily for a month to start noticing effects.

When I turned 40 overnight, I woke up with diverticulitis and gout in my toe. I take Tart cherry and turmeric supplement for joints. If the injury is bad, I'll get a Toradol shot. Just had subchonroplasty done on my knee from a stress fracture. If your hurt just find something to stay active even if its walking.
