yea, just way too emotionally charged.

its the same type of people who sold completely out of the stock market when sleepy became president and then the market proceeds to increase to all-time highs

I always thought this was a dumb line of thinking... Biden and the neoliberal democrats are the dream politicians for Wall Street. Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, etc. are corporatist to the core and will do whatever Wall Street wants them to do.

Are you suggesting that Biden isn't a corporate, globalist puppet?
Trump may not have prevented the outsourcing of American jobs but he sure called out the political and corporate elitist who have shite on the American worker this past 35 years.
Also, it's ironic that 99% of UAW's political contributions when to Joe Biden and the Democrats this past cycle. 99%!!
No other private sector political action swings that hard in one direction.
The union gets what they paid and voted for.

Except this is not a local issue...it’s Ohio to Mexico. I’m not sure Biden could do anything, but he sure as hell isn’t helping either.

It’s Ohio and their tax breaks vs Mexico and their $2/hr average auto plant wages. The only reason Ohio or any other state has a shot is the massive tax incentives they’ll give. It’s not typically a federal level decision that influences these things.

Ford builds 0 products anywhere near where I live.

When they start making cars the southern US or Texas again (and stop building shitty vehicles), I'll consider them. Until then, I'd rather buy from one of the companies that builds cars in my region: Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, Volkswagen, BMW, and (soon) Telsa.

frick Ford and all the Nazi pricks who started that company. Move all of it to Mexico and exit the US market for all I care. Your cars suck and you manufacture them farther away from my hometown than nearly all of your competitors.

Is it really shocking or unusual that factories are in places where labor is cheaper?

So you're just going to ignore the Biden tax plan that goes from a 21% corporate tax rate to a 36% tax rate (highest in the world), not to mention the 10%+ hike in payroll taxes?

Listen, dumbass, Obama said this thing in 2016, that "those jobs are not coming back. Trump doesn't have some magic wand". You, stupidly, believe that shite. And what did Trump do? Waved a magic wand called...LOWER TAXES. And what happened? POOF, those jobs Obama said were never coming back, came back.

So now, fast forward to the age of dementia in the White House, and you are falling back on the old, "well we just can't compete with cheap labor". bullshite, Trump showed you can, and how to do it. You leftist retard still don't get it. You will ALWAYS hemorrhage jobs under Democrats.

Now that Turmp is out of office, it’s back to outsourcing our labor force.

Laugh all you want. Tesla, GM, Toyota, and Hino make it work in Texas. And they are a hell of a lot closer to where most OT posters live than the nearest Ford factory.

Reminds me of the Silicon Valley episode where Hooli bankrupts that little town in NC

This board is certainly a microcosm of the GOP when it comes to protectionism. What happened to muh corporate profits?

Why? Because they see a more cost effective way to produce their product and are showing Biden the errors of his ways? Don't cancel Ford for this, it's Biden's policies that are going to drive companies out.
