Tax the corporations!!!!
Big corp is evil, they don't pay any taxes!!!
Big Corp says, fug all y'all.
30,000 people lose jobs. Much lower or no income taxes.
30,000 families reduce or stop spending. No sales taxes.
Stores close. 100,000 more people out of jobs.
Vendors close shop. 10,000 more people out of jobs.
50,000 families leave to find work.
Schools close.
"Car washes" open up all over town, and families wonder how their kids are getting drugs.
And so on.
Big corps suck. Yes, they do. But, they also provide jobs and the means for many towns to even exist.
My tiny hometown was once a thriving little Mayberry, with a plywood plant, 2 lumber mills, a sewing plant, agriculture, etc etc.
1992 happened, and it all shut down. The town square dried up. People left. Nobody left now but old people and people that can't get out.

But they get a stimulus check as a consolation prize. Congrats.

Yep, happens everytime democrats get in the WH. They want to raise taxes and run off jobs so we can pay for gender studies in pakistan.

and houses they can't sell, so they abandon. Tax base goes to shiat, so they raise millage rates and screw farmers and the remaining property owners in an attempt to keep funding up for their ever decreasing shiatty schools...
We practically gave away our grandma's house, it was impossible to sell. We tried renting it, but that was a disaster based on the clientele. We had an old restaurant property that was the same way, open, close, open, close, open, close. Finally sold the building for a steal and it was a happy day.

Pumping trillions of funny money into the economy and things opening back up (based on vaccines that Trump got created) is what’s driving the stock market high, has nothing to do with Biden’s policies or decisions. He’s threatening cornerstones of American business and following through.

Headline makes it read like Ford was building a new plant but they are just not adding a new model to the plants lineup.

Ohio has about 5 GW of solar farms in the works for the next 5 years.

No liberals are really dumber than that. They don't understand the consequences of tax policy and labor policy. They really think tax incentives and lower taxes are just "give aways" and "corporate welfare." They truly don't get that large companies that employ a ton of people, their capital is mobile. They can move and set up shop in places that are more cost effective. Libs don't understand that 0% of 0 is 0. If a company doesn't locate where you are, you get nothing. No jobs. No tax revenue. Liberals are retarded. And this move wouldn't have happened if Trump was President. He was actually getting companies to stay here and even re-locate to the U.S. from China and elsewhere. That's done with Pedo Joe in the White Privilege House.

That's about 3 permanent jobs if you count the guy that mows the lawn around the panels.

Yeah, I know a lot of those workers voted for Trump. The Union brass might have made the decision to back Biden but I bet the workers as a whole did not. Those are good paying jobs. Sucks for them. However, any UAW guys that voted for Biden? I have zero sympathy for them. Remember to wear your mask when you go to the unemployment office.

Obama and Uncle Joe sat by for 8 years and let this kind of thing happen again and again.
And Dubya let it happen for 8 years under his watch. Record numbers of jobs outsourced. I know, one of those jobs was mine back in 2003.

The ones that stayed like the Carrier plant took a $7MM local tax break to do it.

Good. Maybe the workers tell the union to FO one day.
