More than any other President, Trump wasn't afraid to be a bully on stuff like this. He would have been on the phone to Ford's CEO making it clear that he would make his life miserable if he took that production over the border. In contrast, Obama and Uncle Joe sat by for 8 years and let this kind of thing happen again and again.

I voted for the man twice. He tried to keep jobs here. He was successful on some high profile ones but ultimately many still moved. The ones that stayed like the Carrier plant took a $7MM local tax break to do it.
