I don’t know if the trial lawyers are the most upset about it or not but it doesn’t really matter. The richest man on the planet isn’t gonna be bullied by a bunch of good ole boy lawyers from the south. It’s in their best interest just to get out of his way.

I really don't see what it has to do with the trial lawyers. It's not like the amount of car wrecks is going to go down because of Space X.

The construction, yes because of workplace injury suits. However, the rest no because the legislature passed general sweeping immunity for rocket companies and lawsuits from trespassing, smoke, odors, sonic booms and other property nuisances.

Yeah, I don't see what it has to do with trial lawyers. Seems like he threw that in there to get attention and clicks. If I read it right, the only immunity change was related to suits filed as a result of the rocket launches. Those suits wouldn't be coming from the traditional trial lawyers.

I honestly believe that the folks 50 and up that are against true progress are like that because they want to believe the best days are behind us and LA can never be as good as they remember it.
