I actually shaved the mole on the left side of my chin right off. I grew back but at 20% the size and slightly darker than skin color.
Another near my right temple had gotten inflamed and it was removed.
That’s all I got.

That isn't how it works...at all.
Depending upon the size and obscurity of the mole, you would hope your dermatologist would hack you up to get all of the cells off for pathology. This isn't a nip/tuck job...
