Let's be honest, there are white people who get scared if they are around more blacks than they are use to. If people can sense someone is fearful of them, then that is seen as a weakness so it makes it easier to rob them, etc.

#2. Don't just let it go. Take action. Have something to protect yourself. Like I said in a thread the other day, if it becomes more risky to rob people it will probably help the problem. If there are little consequences... A lot more reward than risk.. then people will likely continue to do it and do it more.

I think a big part of it is more blacks live in poverty (per capita) so they target people who appear to have money (which is more likely to be white),

The should contain the population and close off all of the bridges like they did in that Batman movie.

Probably a better than average chance.

Facts do not matter to these people and facts are racist.

There are plenty of poor Hispanics and whites, yet they are far less violent than black folks. If you split the 13% of the population to reflect only black males, the fact that they are responsible for half of violent crime and murder is fricking absurd.
