South Louisiana has the best food, wonderful variety. I been a lot of places but none compare.

Got a La. transplant that opened Cajun Cleaver in Hoover, AL. He takes care of my boudin envie.

The cuisine, no doubt. But since I can cook most anything you'd find over there, that's kind of a wash.

I remember it from the early 1970s before I-12 was built . I have no idea when it disappeared.

Not one damn thing besides family. Quality of life is better. Great public schools. Everything is better (even the food)

There was a guy who made some at his house that he would sell at Gordan's store in Chackbay.

Haven't seen them in 25yrs though.

That was the best I can remember as a kid.
