He went a couple years ago, but he was 3 and not tall enough to ride a bunch. But this time he's tall enough for everything except Rock'n Rollercoaster and Tron I believe. He keeps talking about Space Mountain because he knows that is my favorite, but he goes back and forth on wanting to ride it with me and being scared.

Heads up. My son is a bit of a nervous Nelly, but day 1 he said he would do Space Mountain so I signed us up.

Let's just say being thrown around in the dark did not help our cause. Couldn't really get him on any other coaster the rest of the week, not even Seven Dwarves or the Mine Train.

But randomly, he got on Slinky Dog probably because it was Toy Story.

Anywho, prepare accordingly.

Looked into it for me and my wife and it was going to be about $3500 for the both of us to stay at a Universal Resort for 3 days with tickets included. No thanks.

Plus, my 5 year old son can now ride just about everything at Disney, so I am fricking GEEKED about being able to do most of the shite with him. Should be a good time.

Game changer

Enjoy. We just got back a month ago. The trip with the kids is something you cannot explain the feeling.

We got back last week. It was my daughter's first trip since reaching 48in, so she could ride everything. It was a absolute blast. The ride pictures are priceless.

Doesn't look like anything mind blowing. Nintendo is the only one that looks interesting.

Dark Universe is going to be awesome. An entire park dedicated to the classic monsters? Sign me the frick up.

The Super Nintendo section is going to pay for that place. So many people have been begging for that for decades.

The Dragon part.... they're going to fly fricking animatronic dragons overhead. My kid will lose his shite.

If you can't find a way to have fun at a place like that then it's time to evaluate.

We go a bunch and the dudes with make up, painted nails, etc., has been pretty prevalent. There was CONSIDERABLY less woke shite in the park over the Mardi Gras break.

Who has the money to go to these places?

I've told this story here before, but 20 years ago the wife and I took a trip to Disney.

We ate hibachi at the Japan Pavillion. You know how they just seat you next to whoever when you eat hibachi? We were seated next to a couple a few years older than us.

The man looked like Ignatius Reilly; overweight, mustache, greasy hair

The wife had horse teeth and was decked out in sequin Mickey shirt, sequin Mickey shorts, sequin Mickey hat, and all tied together with a sequin Mickey fanny pack.

I was talking to the husband and asked how long they'd been at Disney.

"Two weeks," was his reply.

"Wow two weeks? Thats a long time."

"Yeah, we have another two weeks to go. We do this a few times a year."

So this guy and his wife spend up to three months a year in Disney. Dude had money though. He owned a manufacturing business that his dad passed down to him.

I know people who have taken 3 year olds to Disney or Universal. Seems odd to take kids who wouldn’t remember it. But you do you. Different strokes, different folks.

If you can't afford it, just say that.

Dammit and here I intended to go eeryday......

I would not go if they gave it to me. I may wind up there some day 'cause wife, kids and grandkids but left to my own devices I would miss it entirely since I can only go once in 14 days....

If yall stayed at the value resorts(which are not bad at all), thatd be at most $600. If you both picked up cheapest annual pass itd be $800 between both of yall. Your math is off

You must’ve chosen a very nice hotel. I just priced out 5 day park to park 3-park with one day at epic and 7 nights at the Aventura which is plenty nice and it came out to $2800.

ETA: for my me, my wife and my son

Yes it is. The entire land is unreal and should have a PG-13 rating.

Naw, Isle of Berk and Ministry of Magic both look legit. Helios is going to be lit too.
