Its funny that alters are requesting people and people that literally got reinstated this week are in here asking for people to be unbanned

GREETINGS: To our most esteemed leader, The Honorable, Venerable, and All Powerful Chicken, AND to his able and extremely competent Team of Administrators:

At the outset, and before I get to the purpose of this post, allow me commend and applaud you on your extraordinary decision to grant OWLFAN86 the privilege of posting in the LAT thread on the Political Talk Board. This was truly a beneficent and merciful judgment on your part. I believe that Owlvis' post in that thread affirms the courageous and bold decision of the Administrator (or Conclave of Administrators) who granted him temporary clemency to post his tribute to LAT.

With that background; with no request from Owlvis to make this request; and answering in my own words as I believe Owlvis would answer:

2. Estimated length of suspension

I have no idea, but it's been some time (and far too long) since I saw him here last.

3. Is this their first suspension?

Are you serious, Clarke? He may hold the record for number of bannings and time spent in Banland.

4. What they did to get suspended? (please be specific)

I do not know, but I am sure in your infinite wisdom and thorough record keeping, you know the reason. I will say that I do not believe it was an action for which you have determined that reinstatement will not be considered at this time. (I could be wrong, but I don't think so).

5. Have they been previously suspended for the reason indicated in No. 4?

There have been so many bannings that this is possible (even probable). But, hey, its just good clean fun - I have never witnessed anything malicious about Owlvis' posts.

6. A pledge not to break any rule in the future.

This is kind of a tough one. You have to understand that Owlvis has the same mindset as a test pilot -- he is always pushing the envelope to make things better. He is an honorable man and I believe that he will give his word to play within the rules. (I do not know whether he will have either his fingers or toes crossed when he makes this pledge).

7. Lavish praise for the admin team (limited to three sentences).

You guys do not suck as much as he first thought. (Leaving the option open for sucking more or less).

For myself, I miss Owlvis. I believe that he is an asset to this board. Does he dance a little too close to the edge of the cliff at times? Yes. But I do find him funny. The reason that I have visited this wonderful site since 2006 is for a laugh - Owlvis makes me laugh. I respectfully request that you bestow upon Owlvis the opportunity and great privilege of posting again on Tiger Droppings.
