It’s never one second. It’s typically about 15 seconds. And if you accommodate they will stretch that to 30 seconds or more. Your solution is to turn an already too long two hour graduation ceremony into a three hour ceremony to accommodate the rude and disrespectful?

Just had my son's kindergarten graduation where a certain "lady" stood up and hooted/hollered as well as said "You go boy!" multiple times for a solid 10 to 15 seconds after her child's name was called. At A Kindergarten Graduation.....

Attended a graduation ceremony yesterday at Tulane. Didn’t experience any issues.

The only answer is Air Horn continuously for 20 seconds. And yell, and dance, and cause an absurd scene so everyone in the room knows that someone in the family finally finished their general studies degree.

Really?
You can't miss them, they sit in big groups and normally have large balloons blocking the view of those behind and are wearing matching T-shirts with said graduates name and picture.
