I went to an airshow that had a skywriter pilot doing tricks in a prop plane. The announcer discussed while he was doing the tricks that the pilot is one of only a handful left. Guess it's a phased out profession when you can pull behind the big banners.

My concern on Moore is some of the questionable play calling that he needs to clean up. Way too many bubble screens with the smallest receiving corp in the league. Was like watching "look out blocks" every time they ran that play.
Pre-snap penalties are eating us alive too. That is discipline that Moore has to instill with the team.

There is a Bergeron's in Bossier just off of I-220. I recommend taking 220 to loop around Shreveport anyway since there is major road construction going on I-20 at this time in downtown. Can get fresh made boudin balls/boudin as well as frozen.

I think KTBS 3 said that they will be airing the game on their channel if you live the Northwest LA area and want to watch. Or at least one of the local channels will be showing it.

Can I ask what you got there? I've been once and was not a huge fan. May have just been a bad day. Brisket and ribs were both real dry. The candied burnt ends for the appetizers were really good though.

Will be going to a conference for a couple of days at the end of February and looking for any suggestions on lunch/dinner places that ya'll recommend I should try out. Will be mostly around the convention center area during the day, but willing to hit the strip or Fremont in the evenings or even any hole in the wall place that only the locals and you fine folks may know about. Traded in my truck for an SUV. While I like my current SUV, I never realized how many times I needed a truck bed for hauling until I didn't have one anymore. Will be looking back into a truck next time I'm back in the market for a new vehicle. "Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it".

One of the best Alan Rickman lines in the movie was him walking quickly through the castle and sees a group of hand maids off to the side. He looks at one and says "You. My room 10:30 tonight." he looks at another one..."You, 10:45....bring a friend." Watched the movie all the time as a kid and never caught it because it happened so quick. Saw it later as an adult and couldn't stop laughing.

Was going to say the PP interception that wasn't on Alabama. Had the drag mark from his foot on the field clearly showing it was in bounds and the refs still said that he was out.

Another easter egg from The Sign episode is the DJ at the wedding reception is the music guy that plays the musical tubes during the Dance Mode episode. Happened to catch that myself because we saw the Dance Mode episode right after The Sign and it was a "wait a minute" moment.

Galveston has the rattlesnakes. We rented a house on the beach there one time and there was section of tall grassy area between the house and the beach that had signs up saying it was a "Rattlesnake Habitat". The boardwalk went over this to get to the beach. We will not be going back. :lol:
