Does anyone else drive a ton for work? I have a 2021 Silverado with 75,000 miles. I’ve had it exactly 22 months. It’s shocking to see how little some people drive annually.

I used to do about 50k a year pre-covid. Down to about 30k now. Always had 2 vehicles. Bought a diesel truck after covid, I'm pretty sure I can stretch this one to a half million miles with a handful of major repairs along the way.

2011 GMC Sierra 1500. ~275k miles. It’s been tough as shite. It’s certainly seen better days, but it gets me from point A to point B.
Never flushed the transmission and do my own maintenance. Seems like everyone who flushes the transmission at 100k miles needs a new transmission at 150k miles.

I was fortunate. Went to an Auction and got a 2005 Ford F150 for $2,500.. It was a true Blessing.

2003 Toyota Corolla 184,000, nothing to look at. The silver paint is fading on the roof and it’s showing age but it runs like a champ.
2011 Silverado LT, 135,000. Looks nearly brand new and runs great I would drive it anywhere in the USA…..if I could afford the gas.
Will upgrade and get a new Corolla and make it my main everyday driver because I don’t see gas dropping again.

I rode in an Uber the other day. It was a 2017-2018ish Dodge Journey with 396,000 miles.
I didn’t think those things ran that long.

My office is about 2 miles down the road. I mostly work from home - have for about 15 years. I pretty much drive to the store (a mile) once every so often. I think I drive - maybe - 200 to 300 miles a month.

06 GX 470. 138K miles. Dropped 8k on it in the last year but it will be another 100k miles before I have to drop serious cash on it again.

2006 Honda Accord - loaded; 149k miles; good shape; wife drives it to work 1 hour each way 3 times a week.
2008 Explorer Eddie Bauer, 204k miles, gonna be the youngest boys first car later this year. If he doesn't destroy it, I'll buy him a newer Jeep in a year or so.
2005 Rubicon, 174k miles; runs great, drive it to work 1 day a week.
2000 F350 dually, 7.3 Cummins, 186k miles, should outlast me.
1966 Mustang, high school car, north of 300k miles, needs a fresh restoration.
2015 Kubota L4701 HST, only 500 hours.
I take care of my shite...and it lasts.
