"OK LOOKY YONDER, MYRTLE. They're building a big gas station filled with overpriced junk."

I don't get the excitement over Buc-ee's either.

Meme would have made more sense if it said 102 miles.

No. What makes the meme dumb is that there are actual signs with as much or more distance than the crappy edit to that image.

It's funny how Buc-ee's was the greatest thing ever until Ruston was getting one.

when you are traveling with toddlers you don’t have to worry about leaving the Buc-ees restrooms with Ebola, malaria, or Coxsackievirus.

I don’t pull a trailer very often I have them load that shite in the back of my truck. I leave all my stuff down there in my shop including the trailer. Don’t want all that shite taking up space in my garage and yard at home.

You need better control of the women in your family. Take a dump, get your deer corn, your coffee and tacos, and get the hell out.

We're LSU and Buc-ee's fans.
After a great weekend of fun with friends and watching LSU beat up Clemson we drove 760 miles home from Clover, SC to Gonzales, LA yesterday.

We stopped at Exxons in:
Greenville, SC
LaGrange, GA
Pascagoula, MS

We stopped at Buc-ee's in:
Auburn, AL
Pass Christian, MS

Why are you such a faqbutt and making fun of Buc-ee's fans?

I can't believe you stopped FIVE times on that drive. Greenville to BTR should be a two stop max.

I have no real opinion of this place (I know facebook soccer moms love it). Our one experience was on a road trip, we saw one at the next exit, really only needed the bathroom, but we wanted to see what the big deal was. Parking lot was post NFL game congested, took us an hour to get in and out. Never again.

That's easily a ten hour drive. If there are kids or women in the car, you are stopping more than twice.

And that's how it turns into a 15 hour drive. Five stops on a ten hour drive (it usually took me 8) is excessive, even if you have a baby in the car.

I often alternate my approach to long drives depending on my mood and what's going on. Sometimes I will want to do it as quick as possible. Others, I'm content to dick around and drag it out.

Usually in the dick around mode, it will involve stopping for a sit down meal and a couple of beers, though. Not just multiple gas station/Bucee's stops.
