One thing is for certain: The Flu shot does NOT cause the Flu. That's a big dumb myth.

Welp. One more fact. The Flu shot does NOT make you more susceptible to the Flu.

Another big dumb myth.

If I bought a bulletproof vest and got shot anyway I don't think I'd worry about wearing one around anymore. That's how I feel about the flu shot. Let's roll the dice.

You should get it in October. It may make you lethargic the next day but won't turn you into the Rainman. IF it reduces your chances by 50% it's worth it.

It doesn't, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't get one

I was wearing my seatbelt and was still injured in a car accident.

I'm not wearing seatbelts anymore.

No shite. Takes 2 minutes and is almost always free with insurance or work health fair.

I never get the flu shot. Was grocery shopping last week and saw that if you got the flu shot, they'd give you 10% off your groceries. So this year I got the flu shot and saved $15 on my bill.

You should feel bad for coming up with this analogy. It's so dumb.
