Watching this debate, it occurred to me that if JBE were on this debate dais, he would absolutely wreck both candidates, the same way he did Phony Respone. Frankly, our Presidential debates have become turd throwing contests. Whereas, if you recall, JBE looked his opponent in the eye and elicited well reasoned responses based in fact. Why can't we get quality candidates like JBE running for POTUS?

My gf is freaking out about how corona will affect her law finals / bar exam in July. She said her class sent a letter to the bar askin them to just give them the bar after she graduates. I told her no offense baby, but I think their is a reason they make you take the test (didn't think she would make it past here first year lol). my question is, what do you lawyers think about this? I need her to get ontop them student loans asap lol. Plant has cut back a lot of shifts so I can't get much work. Thnx

Taking the bar exam without graduating law school

Am I the only one who thinks a law degree shouldn't be required to sit for the bar? I went to a semester of law school and it was really easy, but I didn't want to spend 3 years briefing cases and taking crap from professors. I think that if you can pass the bar, it shouldn't matter if you went to law school. I mean, Huey Long and Frank Abignale were able to sit for the bar without finishing law school, so why shouldn't I?
