This is difficult to believe that a 5 year old is commonly beating teachers into submission
Travel ball kids have been in training since 2 years old, so I guess it's possible.

I agree. I can see the argument that a severely autistic child can go into a fit of rage. That's exactly what happened to my wife's face. But at what point do the school administrators step in and say to the parents their child is an endangerment to other students and the staff and other arrangements for an education need to be made. If they would at least have those kinds of conversations with parents, you'd see a difference.

But that won't happen. Schools are the babysitters. If y'all only knew the stories. I'll keep names out, but some parents need to be killed. Guy sends his two kids to school sick during the height of Covid. He turns his phone off so the school can't contact him. School nurse finds grandparents who come pick them up and take them to be tested. Dad drops kids off at school with a test result form showing negative for covid, but positive for the flu. You literally can't make this shite up.

That ratio becomes VERY lopsided after a few years...

A south Florida teacher was taken to the hospital last week after she was attacked by a 5-year-old student, leaving her "dazed" and "unresponsive,"
The unidentified instructor was found by first responders “sitting on the ground against the wall" and "appearing to be in a faint state" at Pines Lakes Elementary School, about 15 miles southwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale

Anyone else wonder how much damage that five year old could inflict on a pre-kindergarden child in the same school?

Doesn't know right from wrong? Really?

A couple of chokeslams though desks will take the fight out of the rest of the bunch.

Why into a desk, slam them into the other kids and take out 3 or 4 at a time.

This isn't a school or teacher decision. Special needs kids are protected by federal law. The staff basically has to prove the troublesome behavior is not a function of their disability and the child understood what they were doing was wrong before they can kick the kid out of school.

Wow, talk about the ultimate loser to the perennial "how many five year olds could you handle?" thread.

Zero.

High School

Guidance Counselor and I are standing in the cafeteria. He walks out and turns white as a sheet. Walks up to me "Where in the hell are you supposed to be right now?" "Algebra"

"Right down that hall. The last thing I want to see right now is your butt going into that room."

"I don't have a pencil or paper."

"Borrow one. Disappear right now."
Off he goes ...

Guidance Counselor says "I'm impressed, most of these kids could care less about their parents."

"Right now he fears me. The moment I lose that, someone is going to the hospital. It won't be me."

The teacher should have turned the lights off and started screaming like a monster.

It will scare the shite out of a five year old.
