Would you rather fight five 8 year old students or eight 5 year old students?

Edit: didn’t see the not in front of beat up. You are correct.

a 5 yr old not knowing right from wrong is the definition of a parenting fail.

Was this like a 70 year old woman or something. How tf do you get your arse beat this bad by a 5-year old.

Not very hard to avoid the reach of a 5 yr old.

What adult can't take a 5 yr old?
My wife is a teacher. In Louisiana, if this happened to my wife, she is legally required to not defend herself. If she lays one finger on the student, she gets fired. Regardless of what the student is doing to her. The principal has told her in the past “you defend yourself if something ever happens but if it leaves a red mark on the kids skin, the I have to take action” otherwise she gets fired.
The law is frickED UP for teachers.

Was this 5 year old 6 feet tall or something? Or did she get on her knee to tie a shoe and he seized his opportunity. Jeez, a kindergartner smh.

Yep, anyone who knows how schools are run, knows this. If a kid gets unruly in my wife's class, she calls the principle and gets out of the way. No way she needs to take a chance on getting either injured, sued or fired.

on the off chance i get beat to sleep by a 5 yr old. i'd just say i slipped and fell rather than tell the world the truth.

I wonder if the kid smokes Newport’s or Kools.
Posted on 3/7/22 at 1:56 pm to Koach K
More than likely, the teacher is trying to get the kid removed from the class.

We should definitely prosecute this 5 year old to the fullest capabilities of the law. Also, maybe we can start a GoFundMe for some self defense lessons for the teacher.

This is unfathomable to process how this can happen.
