I’ve heard people say that in certain social circles, telling people you have a gun can make you a target for robbery. I never understood this logic.

The homeowner obviously baited these young men. He clearly is not responsible enough to own firearms. He needs to face jail time.

Well ask the 3 perps..or 1 I mean.
I never advertise what firearms I have. I’m eventually going to be not at home. Guns have to be the number 2 sought after item by thieves, maybe just behind jewelry.

I'm a fan of living in the country, but I see not all neighborhoods are bad, so long as you choose the right one...I think my favorite part to the story is the ending with the neighbor quick to respond with his own gun holding the third at gun point outside. I could live in this neighborhood.
