Did he scream "I FEEL FRIGHTENED" while walking agressively towards the person with his hands balled up in fists?
I'm pretty sure every costco has a mask policy, at least they do here. If he hates it so much, don't go to a store where it's mandatory.
Edit: also, the store says Costco, but the guy says Sonic.
