Enjoy post game radio.

Post game radio while in traffic has a certain nostalgia about it. Not my favorite thing, but enjoyable at the least.

Contraflow directions are published

According to contraflow directions on LSU website, that lot (Lot 108) is supposed to be directed to River Road. Which, is the crux of the problem. No one has a fricking clue how to make a plan, publish the correct information concerning said plan, and follow that plan.

It’s awful. If they’d just leave every road open as always things would flow more smoothly.

We simply don’t go anymore. It is too easy to watch on tv with friends and family.

LSU has easily the worst post game traffic of any venue I’ve ever been to in CFB.

It was orders of magnitude worse than Tuscaloosa after a similar game so it’s not volume, it’s incompetence.

It was hours to get back to our hotel post game and we were staying in Baton Rouge.

I have been to multiple large events at stadiums all over the country and this is fact. Louisiana is the most incompetent state in the country and this is the number 1 issue with LSU’s post game traffic problem.

We would always go to the car, grab a chair, and smoke cigars

By the time we were finished a majority of the traffic was gone

Left after the TD in the 3rd quarter. Not too many issues. Raced out tho.

You are right. They force you to go certain ways when you know you’re screwed. We left 3rd qtr & it wasn’t too bad. They can do better if they only would

I started a thread on the scoreboard. We were directed in a route that was no where close to the contraflow map.

This is why I stopped going to games. It takes hours to leave.

Agree. Half of Neyland Stadium is in the Tennessee River and they manage to clear similarly sized Stadium much quicker.

Multi-lane limited access roads closer to campus helps, but we need to send traffic officials to Knoxville to learn how to manage traffic with a river limiting flow away from the stadium.

Last season I left the Southern game after the halftime performances. I didn’t get to I10 until after the game was over. The guys in front of me must have peed in the street 4 times each.

The Burbank/Lee situation lacks all common sense.
