Well I can tell you my Ford is shite...This is my first Ford and can tell you this one has been in the shop more than my previous 3 GM's and 1 Dodge. And the truck is two years old.

My guess would have been some type of police chase or shooting with the number of cop cars and how long they have stuck around..

There was no activity by any house that I could see it was all appeared around road way.. with some cars in middle of the cop cars.

Anybody know what went down in oak hills subdivision tonight around 9:30? Coming home noticed 10-12 cop cars blocking north oak hills. Probably 6 or so still there and still blocking road.

State Farm over doubled my umbrella.. so told them to stick it, got some one else to write it. Got it back $700

They refused to rewrite my parents and they have never made a claim

Falcon may replace under warranty. $20 plus cost to ship there. Worth a shot..

FYI.. most if there rods are back ordered at moment, and say it will be a month or so before they fill warranty orders.. blaming it on tariffs and shipping

I’m sure they will be quick to honor it too.. there is probably a list of fine print that is unrealistic too

Slab the hoodie up and keep the sun off of the back of neck, ears, etc.. Wear them daily, mostly long sleeves, but the are awesome.. Check out some AFTCO shirts.. You wont regret it if you are in the sun all day..

I get the hoodie is not functional in a baseball application playing, but in other applications they have there space.

Big Trout- 5 plus are very few and far between in Cocodrie area. Bigger Fish in my experience are coming off the well heads couple miles off the beach and just have to wait for that bite. Not going to find numbers. Remember you can only keep 1 over 20"

I had a work event in march and decided to make a family trip out of it..

We bounced honkey tonks, some will let kids stay later than others.. ole red is 8 or 9 if I remember, but they open at 10 so you can get your fill

Did kart racing which is 5 min uber from broadway, putt shack, show at grand ole opry, hall of fame( my kids were bore) show at Opry, show at Ryman, and hockey game(season over now), drive thru of paratheon, drive thru of vandy, lots of food and plenty or drinks for us

Check out Cajun Labs outside of Crowley.. I have one of there puppies from a previous litter. They got a new litter now Smart, great temperment with kids, likes to retrerive and is a very good looking light yellow lab.

In all of the ones I have done and helped with, I dont think I have ever asked the insurance to pay the roofer. The Insurance pays the home owner, the home owner pays the roofer.

The insurance doesnt need your roofer for your claim, or care who your roofer is. At the end of the project, they will want an invoice from your roofer showing the roof was completed, how much it costs to release the second payment / depreciation.

Ask you contractor for an actual estimate breaking out labor, materials, equipment etc.. Then call around..Ask if they will do it cost plus.. Dont disclose insurance amounts / estimates, make them provide there own.

Just helped a friend complete a remove and replace (House was 48 Sqs) with all new gable end flashings, powered vents etc... With mark up from Contractor coordinating the labor.. was $384/Sq complete off the site.. project also had numerous steep slopes, 9/12 etc..
