I always figured Chick-fil-A taps the church crowd for employees. Like puts up flyers at Healing Place. Plus, the fact you'll be off on Sundays helps.
The Valluzzo McDonald's seem to run a lot better than the average location. The ones on Government, Drusilla, Perkins, Essen, Bluebonnet. Of course, when I go out of town, I ain't eating at McDonald's so I may not be the best judge.

My sister worked at Chick FIL A while in college and had to have a letter of recommendation from her church pastor. It was mandatory.

That'd never happen at McDonalds.

There will also never be a line around the building at McDonalds on any consistent basis. I went to CFA tonight at 8pm and the line was around the building and that is with two intercoms to order at. It is like this every time I pass by, no matter the time of day. At lunch and on weekends they have someone literally directing traffic. The money that one store makes is sick. McDonalds wishes.

Yeah, the one here in my town just hired a security firm to direct traffic.

I've never noticed any Five Guy's locations I've been in that have particularly good employees.

Actually multiple times I've thought the person ringing me up were rude, and more often than not they seem not to care much..... they aren't nearly as shitty as the BK, taco bell. And Popeyes employees though.

Haven't been in a Panera or McDonald's in at least 8 years so I can't comment on their employees. I assume McDonald's still has shitty employees. I remember Panera generally being staffed by ditzy teenage girls.

Far higher standards. At CFA the interview begins the moment you walk in and they wtach to see how you interact with the customers such as politness. On breaks during my time there we had to watch training videos.

I would love the opportunity to go in and revamp the customer service at Popeye's.

The food has so much potential - if the right employees were on staff, that business would take off overnight with unreal sales.

I often wonder if Popeye's realizes just how bad their customer service is.....

Burger King is the worst. I think they purposefully recruit workers who couldn't hack it at Rally's.

Well you don't see the first 3 list in ghettos. So they have a better pond to fish out of
