They weren’t Feb 2021 levels, but I thought Shreveport and even areas of Louisiana south of Shreveport had some ice and/or snow weather during the previous 2 winters fairly similar to weather the past several days.
Maybe they just remembered to turn off their sprinklers the past 2 winters.
