Need some more guidelines. What kind of fictional character? A person from a movie, like Rambo? Because almost every character from the superhero world is going to dumpster the predator

Bugs Bunny could just call up some his Looney Tunes associates and "disappear" the Predator...

It stands to reason none of his equipment is even ferrous or "metallic" in nature which makes sense given they are an interstellar race. Added to which, Magneto wouldn't even feel him coming since The Predator doesn't have "metal" as we know it. The Predator would just blast away before Magento knew what hit him seeing as how he would have observed Magneto doing some wild shite without physically touching any of it.

Predator has
Cloaking ability
Fighting sword attached to his forearm
Pulse weapon( beams of heat energy)
Most all Marvel or DC characters would destroy the predator fairly easily

Im not sure how strong his pulse weapon is tho 
He might be able to shoot that into Kong and kill him. Zilla would just absorb it. Jedi would be a good match up lol

Wasn't it pinned down and bleeding to death before it went "Snack Bar" and tried to take Dutch out too?
I guess you could go either way. Then again, Dutch was about to finish the job with that rock before he showed mercy (and then asked "What da hell are you?").
