Also this isn't even a legit roll. The chick is just going threw some motions and the dude is just enjoying the moment. If he wanted, he could probably smash her just because he has her by 100 pounds. One of the reasons I try not to roll much with many of our female students since it can get somewhat awkward.

Yes there are techniques that you can use to try, and that is a key word, to recover into better positions but the real skill of a legit BJJ fighter is not get yourself into those positions in the first place.
