He really should be brutally tortured, and people should know about it to discourage the next guy.
Even then, it’s not justice. That little girl is still gone. It’s hard to even wrap my mind around this as a father.

Too bad Gary Plauche isn't still around!

I thought once you plead guilty, the death penalty is off the table. Otherwise, why plead guilty? Obviously I’m wrong.

i thought that was true as well before i started following this case...
eta: he was never offered a deal, but he pled guilty anyway...so he basically just skipped the trial phase and went straight to the penalty phase...

The defendant’s remorse or lack thereof are considered “mitigating” or “aggravating” factors the jury must consider for the death penalty.

I guess even he knows he isn’t fit for this world.

Our resident pedo who is willing to possibly out themselves(because the site admin should be able to see who up votes and down votes) with the law of averages, there are probably quite a few on this very board. It's when you look online at convicted sex offenders and you can look up what crimes they commit You can see how they are littered all over neighborhoods.

I am okay with him having a lifetime of being known in jail as a pedo and child murderer Death is too good for him
You know nothing about prison, if they put him in the general population of a federal penitentiary with other murderers and they find out he's a pedo, he will be dead in no time.
They normally keep that kind of filth in solitary, which he does not deserve.
They should put him in a box with some of Bill Gates ticks.

I sure wish he would get in gen pop prior to that.
Cause frick him.
I have zero empathy for anyone that hurts children. That’s about the most evil thing you can do.

Not only should he NOT be in solitary, but whoever shanks him should have $1000 added to their commissary

I actually read that verse this morning. Millstone.

That pic of her standing in fed ex truck made my stomach turn.
I posted about this recently, but the really fricked up thing about this case is what she's asking while she's standing there in that truck:
"Are you a kidnapper?"
A 7YO trying to make any sort of sense about what's happening to her. A childhood of hope and wonder just taken away, right then and there. He couldn't even give her the dignity of a quick death. No, she had to endure more pain in that fateful hour--psychological and physical--than most of us will endure in a lifetime.
It's beyond demonic what he did to her. I seriously doubt I would have any qualms flipping the switch myself on this monster if given the chance.

Does Texas take forever to execute death row inmates?
Posted on 5/5/26 at 7:58 pm to duckblind56
It’s a death penalty case, jurors need to have their shite together and ducks in a row returning verdicts. Defense can and will use any “error” “misunderstandings” as ground for appeal
Posted on 5/5/26 at 8:06 pm to PerryWinkleBlue
No. He plead guilty.

The audio apparently shook the jury. It was vile and disgusting and shows the depths of depravity that evil people reach.
His defense tried some half arse reasoning that he was on the spectrum and he had been bullied.
As for his time, if he’s in PC away from the general pop, I hope he’s deprived of every sensation possible to a human- let that bastard go insane while sitting in a box. I hope he suffers greatly
