Reporting from 13 miles west of Plaquemine, temperature is dropped 10 or 12 degrees, I can see shite tons of lightning up buy fishFighters way.

I took a ride to McDonalds, but of course the ice cream machine was down. I swear these people are just trying to make me racist.

um, is there supposed to be another shot of moisture? shreveport forecast says a slight chance of snow after 3am but it seems the moisture is completely out of there and 42 degrees and it's only 12:40?

Does anyone know where I can find some sand and studded tires in New Orleans East? At least a foot on the roads now

No. This is the problem with the set up I was alluding to earlier. The pieces didn't quite line up and the cold shot came late. There wasnt much moisture to begin with, it was the cold air getting in at the right time that was going to do it for you.

At some point, it's going to catch the line though. Just not in time for NWLa.

Honestly, I'm wondering how much of Louisiana is actually going to see anything but a cold rain.

Nothing but cold and rain here in Opelousas.

The wind chill is down in the 20s, but the actual tempersture hasn't even hit freezing yet.

Now They are saying maybe 1" here in Birmingham(in the grass)

NWS canceled the winter storm warning 15 min ago. When I went to sleep last night they were still forecasting doom and gloom. Now the whole city is shut down for nothing

We were originally going to go in at 12 today if nothing happened and I was sitting here watching the news last night and everyone was going to die so I text my guys and told them "screw it, no need in even trying to work tomorrow"

I'm sure they all stayed up late so there is no need to text them now and say false alarm

Good thing I brought paperwork home with me.
